| Middle School 'RR'
This new middle school is being built in Citrus Park as an addition to an existing large elementary and public park complex. The tilt-up cast concrete construction and academic and transportation oriented courtyards make this project note-worthy. The landscape has been designed for minimum maintenance while conforming with all state-wide site requirements.

| H. B. Plant Park Restoration
The Friends of Plant Park are completing Phase One of the park's Master Plan and have commissioned Rigall/Design to complete the design and construction documents for the next phase, the re-creation of the flag pole and its associated victorian planting beds. This project has just stated and we will share images and information as they become available.

| Bern's Park Plan Completion
Working as a consultant to the City of Tampa Parks and Recreation Department's design section, Rigall/Design is completing the detailing and planting plan for this community park. It has benefited from many donated hours from the community. The parks department is completing the design drawing and shepherding the park's construction phase.

We have been working with a number of our residential clients for many years. Personal gardens develop and then can evolve over the years. We are currently designing a new front garden having completed the Eason pool garden in 2004.
